AQA Unit Awards achieved in Employability Skills, raising chicks, making bath products and horse riding.
Exam results for Summer 2023
We have had a very successful Summer in regard to the examinations. With 100% pass rate for all examinations completed!
Our Year 11 student has left us and goes on to complete a Level 3 Animal Care course at College. Her qualifications and grades achieved during Key Stage 4 are as follows:-
GCSE English Grade 4 CSE English Literature Grade 3 GCSE Art Grade 6 Btec Level 2 Home cooking skills Functional skills Level 2 Mathematics Gateway Level 2 Certificate in Science and Technology Entry Level Certificate in Keeping Healthy Entry Level Certificate in British Values.
This student has also achieved 5 (Level 2) qualifications at grade 4 and above, including English, Maths and Science. We are immensely proud of her achievements.
The Year 10 class have also completed and achieved 100% pass rate in all the Functional Skills Level 1 examinations completed this Summer, this has helped them to gain the experience of examinations and gain the confidence in themselves to complete the exams in their final year at school.
Exam results for Summer 2024
We have had another successful year for examinations at Jubilee with double the number of students taking and achieving a GCSE grade in English.
BTEC Home cooking skills and Level 2 Certificate in Applied Science and Technology also had 100% pass rate for the year 11 students that completed the courses.
Our year 10 students were also 100% successful in achieving both their Level 1 Functional Skills in Mathematics and English this academic year.
At Jubilee we added new accreditations this year in both Level 2 award in Applied Science and Technology and Level 1 Certificate in Vocational Skills to the offer for the Key Stage 4 pupils to complete. These also had 100% pass rate for the students that completed the course.
On receiving the results one of our parent/ carers wrote the following response email:-
“And thank you and all the team for your support with student X. You’ve definitely all helped give him a positive start in life.”
Year 11 Accreditation Results – Summer 2025: Record-Breaking Success Across Core and Vocational Subjects
We are proud to share the outstanding achievements of our Year 11 students in the Summer 2025 accreditations, marking the highest set of results the school has ever achieved in the core subjects of English, Mathematics, and Science.
- Students attained GCSE Grade 6 in English Language and Mathematics, alongside a Grade 6,5 in Combined Science (Double Award) – the strongest performance in core GCSE subjects in the school’s history.
- In English Literature, a commendable Grade 5 was achieved, reinforcing the consistently high performance across the English curriculum.
- History, introduced as a new GCSE subject this year, was successfully taken and graded for the first time, further broadening our academic offer.
Importantly, every student passed every subject they sat – a remarkable milestone that reflects their hard work and resilience, as well as the dedication of our teaching staff.
There was also exceptional success in portfolio-based and vocational qualifications, demonstrating the strength and inclusivity of our curriculum:
- Level 2 BTEC Home Cooking Skills – strong performances across the board
- Level 2 Certificate in Applied Science and Technology – a subject where students excelled in both practical and theoretical components
- Level 1 Vocational Studies – excellent achievement demonstrating student engagement and skills development in applied learning environments
