Professional Ju-Jitsu ‘Bart’ Continues his Great Work at Jubilee

Bartlomiej Kloska (Bart) was welcomed by the whole school whilst he led two assemblies (for the Primary and Secondary departments) last Friday (3rd May). Bart has an amazing and inspirational story which he delivered sensitively, explaining the struggles he has suffered through his teens and early twenties, and how a singular encounter changed his life, building self-confidence and discipline through a variety of martial arts as well as repairing family relationships.  Bart was able to share some self defence and Ju-Jitsu moves with the students and staff, whilst being assisted by his father and wife, his father also being a coach.

A huge amount of thanks must be given to Bart for his time and generosity in providing free t-shirts for the school and wish him all the very best in future competitions.
